- High responsibility even at lower ranks - Highly international staffing - Good personal development opportunities (Mentor program and regular trainings) - Friendly office atmosphere - Compensation above MBB at starting level

Cons

- Low transparency into promotions and bonus schemes - Staffing can be chaotic in boom periods - Talent acquisition: Lack recognition in some regions - Talent retention: MBB are able to capture some of the top-talent (Lack of recognition and compensation below MBB at Associate level)
