      Great place to learn, no time for private life

      Pros

      In A.T. Kearney you can learn a lot, you can work with board - level executives and you can meet great people.

      Cons

      Compensation is far beyond other management consultancies and the promotion process is unclear and unfair. It is rarely dependent on the project performance and is highly dependent on relations you have with partners from the region.

      Collaborative working atmosphere, great team spirit, excellent access to senior management very hands on, strong footprint in Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement as well as Telco, Energy and Industrial Goods

      Cons

      Tenure/ time to promotions taking longer than with other top strategy consultancies; industry and service portfolio offered not as broad as with competitors
