      Good place to learn but you will work hard

      Pros

      Very intelligent coworkers. A good variety of work is available, but good luck getting on the projects you want to work on.

      Cons

      Lack of control over the type of projects you complete. Hours depend on the project and who you are reporting to, but generally long hours with some managers expecting you to work over the weekend. Consultants are expected to work at the client site 4 days a week which leads to unnecessary travel at points during the project.

      Decent experience in a short period of time.

      Cons

      Cultures are different from one office to the next; turning into a procurement boutique firm; management not direct with the firm's status; the path to promotion is political instead of merit based.
