It's a revolving door and a ton of lies to get you in the door

Where to start... They will sell this job so hard show you all this money you"can make" they then will start you off in training tell you that you have a full salary for six months before you get reduced and taken to base plus commission. This is leading you to believe that you have 6 months at least to develop a clients a relationships. What really happens is that they have you go over these list of people that have been called a million times and thoroughly annoyed. Then if you have miraculously hit there base sales number in 2 months( which is base on there top sales guys but not actually typical in anyway) they put you on a performance plan and tell you for a month that they are going to fire you every day for a month till it happens. If you have a good or even decent job do not leave it to go there. The one thing they are good a selling is the dream they have made up with all the lies they tell you. They also have a million and 5 meetings and then expect you to get all these activities accomplished some days loosing 2-3 hours or more from you day. I wished I had never tried it. The grass on that side of the fence spray painted and smell like crap.
