*Great Game of Business *100% paid benefits for us and our families *We literally celebrate everything *Unlimited PTO within reason *Incredibly fun environment *401k

Cons

If I have to pick one, it's just that the company is growing quickly so sometimes change happens on a dime and it can be difficult to manage. Leadership is patient and humble, so we figure it out.

Pros

Great culture, great people, lots of motivated people who truly care about the company and its success. Owners are down to earth, kind and care deeply for the Keep team. I was a hesitant initially to switch from the corporate world to a smaller business, but I would do it all again in a heartbeat. Other than the great people, they offer a very flexible hybrid work schedule for most roles and amazing benefits (100% paid medical, dental, vision, unlimited PTO, snacks, meals, cool swag). Keep is a great place to work.

Cons

Fairly new – no complaints thus far!
