Business Outlook
Pros
The engineering office is full of really excellent minds across all of the development teams. The product is useful, and I actually look forward to working on new features. Management treats their employees well, and provides plenty of drinks, snacks and all the coffee you could ever want!
Cons
As deadlines get closer, sometimes your team may have to stay a little later to push out some new feature faster. This happens so rarely, and it is balanced out by days with not a lot of pressing work, so I would hardly even say that's a con.
