Pros

Keeper aims to hire top talent and hard workers. It's a company that moves fast and expects you to bring ideas to the table. Fully remote and flexible hours are great for work/life balance. Everyone I interact with is smart, kind, and motivated to find good solutions for issues that arise.

Cons

I think Keeper is experience growing pains, and goals can be hard to achieve, especially on the sales team. Low performers don't last long--this isn't a place to slack off. The CEO is still very involved in day-to-day activities, and it's probably time to for him to step back a bit and let the leaders lead.

Pros

Nothing that I know of.

Cons

Working here was one of the most toxic and unstable experiences of my career. The turnover rate is genuinely alarming, easily among the worst I’ve ever seen, it’s a revolving door. People are dismissed for arbitrary reasons, and many others quit because the environment quickly becomes unbearable. Employees disappear faster than you can learn their names. There’s a reason this company is always hiring, most people don’t last longer than 6 to 12 months. Leadership at headquarters relies heavily on micromanagement and pressure rather than support. Instead of direction, you face constant stress, unrealistic expectations, and criticism the moment you fall slightly behind on KPIs. Psychological safety simply does not exist. Communication is chaotic and inconsistent. Policies change on a weekly or quarterly basis without explanation, and leadership in HQ contradicts each other regularly. The “rules” shift depending on who is in charge that day, making it impossible to feel stable or focused. Morale stays low, and burnout happens fast. People aren’t treated like professionals, they’re treated as disposable. Stability? None. Support? None. This place functions only because it continually hires new staff to replace those who leave. Unless you’re comfortable with instability, constant pressure, and a culture of burnout, I strongly recommend avoiding this company. If you value your mental well-being, run. There are far healthier and more supportive workplaces out there. The overall ratings here speak for themselves and honestly, they should be even lower.

We respectfully disagree with this characterization of Keeper Security. Our employee turnover rate is in line with industry averages for companies of our size and sector, and we continue to hire because we are experiencing rapid, sustained growth—not instability. Keeper operates in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment where clear expectations, accountability, and continuous improvement are core to our success. While different environments suit different people, we operate with clear standards, consistent decision-making, and a strong commitment to a healthy, professional workplace. We are proud of the dedicated professionals who choose to grow their careers at Keeper and remain confident in our leadership, culture, and long-term direction.

Lacking Strategy and EQ

Pros

Technology is good Technological vision for the future of the market is good Existing customer satisfaction is high

Cons

The highest levels of leadership demand a “yes-man culture” and have tendencies to encourage/reward sycophantic, overly optimistic feedback on the limited strategy that exists - resulting in a continuation of poor behavior and strategy Middle management turnover is high. C-suite has tendencies to react combatively and emotionally to situations. HR enables this behavior Terminations come quick and with little forethought to the ripple effect they will have on the business - CEO and HR evaluate employees performance based on attainment (regardless of tenure), location tracking, device activity tracking, and reporting on which employees have multiple income streams Sales compensation models are not 50/50 and do not include equity

We’re disappointed to hear this perspective and do not believe it accurately reflects the culture or leadership approach at Keeper Security. Our leadership team values transparency, accountability, and respectful debate, which are traits that are essential to our continued success and innovation. Keeper has experienced consistent growth, exceptional customer satisfaction, and industry recognition because of our strategic vision, dedicated employees, and strong leadership. Terminations are never made hastily. Every personnel decision is based on a careful evaluation of performance, skillset, adherence to company policies and alignment with business needs. We continually invest in our people, culture, and sales organization, including competitive compensation structures, leadership development and open communication channels. We encourage current and former employees to provide feedback directly so we can continue evolving as an employer of choice.
