Of all the districts I have worked for, it is the best.
Pros
District administrators and superintendent communicate to employees in a timely and professional way. Great tech support to employees! Love those guys! Plentiful training opportunties for core subject teachers.
Cons
The flow of communication of detailed processes and procedures are not good nor the same from campus to campus.It is trying to be aligned, but isn't adequate. Huge turnover on my campus this year at a middle school. Teachers, administrators, counselors. Teachers are being asked/required to be in charge of a CLUB during their advisory time, along with everything else. Even though the district has a strong dyslexic staff, they do not allow input from them about processes, procedures. We've changed administrators every year for the last 3 years.
