Keller as a district is working hard to improve and make positive changes for students and teachers. High Expectations and Training. Vacation and time off excellent and much needed. Values (intentions-goals) are worthy.

Cons

Too much .. demanded of teaching staff allowing less and less time to actually plan, teach, grade. Constantly making changes to new and different programs, software, apps... Do believe that the Superintendent will get it right he is on the right track and cares about all involved at all levels.

Good people to work with within the school. Other teachers are willing to help. Many options are available for training during the summer at no cost to the teachers.

Cons

Health care benefits are expensive for a family. A lot of time must be used outside of the work day to meet the expected high level of education to the students.
