Pros

Keller Williams does a lot of things right. The training made available is top notch which was very appealing starting out as a new Realtor. I learned a lot over my 6 years with the company, and I felt like I had a competitive advantage over my competition who didn't get access to the same training. More importantly, however, agents don't view each other as competitors. If I had questions about a listing presentation or a cold call script, everyone in the office was happy to share and help. For me, that makes them the best.

Cons

Some of the technology systems were dated. Required a few 3rd party subscriptions to stay competitive.
