Pros

Great people and great company culture. Lots of help from colleagues, More of a sense of "team" than "competition" among the agents.

Cons

Promised a mentorship program that really exists in form only. Lots of training classes available and friendly helpful attitude among the agents, but not nearly enough coaching for specific transactions for the new agents. Also, office fee structure and commissions structure are great for top producing agents but not for new and new-ish agents. Decisions are made by the leadership council (experienced, high-producers) and new agents do not understand that they are carrying the financial burden of the office. Also, while potential is unlimited, there is a lot of overselling in the recruitment of new agents.

Pros

Good training, excellent diversity of topics. Overall they offer an abundance of training sessions and exposure to webinars, but most of the information is good for new agents. Some classes geared towards more experienced agents.

Cons

You have to pay for much of the training, although some is free. You are constantly being marketed to in terms of new products, courses etc. that they want you to sign up for.
