Pros

A lot of classes and knowledge to be shared.

Cons

If you dont mind driving into the office to hear people talk, its great. Personally, it cost me more in gas than what I got out of it. I also don't want to give a percentage of my commission to Tom, Dick and Harry, they decide to bring in for a pep talk.

Pros

The pay is great and the atmosphere is fast-paced while still being laid back. The company does all sorts of things to successfully build teamwork and everyone smiles when they pass you in the halls.

Cons

It's an office, so there are cubes, but you're going to get that anywhere. It's not like you ever feel claustrophobic or anything.
