Pros

National Network with decent info-sharing infrastructure. Some of their training is excellent, especially for newer agents. Brand and brandnames are outstanding. Marketing materials are pretty good.

Cons

Management at local level is weak. Team leaders (Or managers at other offices) are incompetent and lack basic leadership skills. Team leaders lack of leadership and management cause friction within the office. Certain agents are given preferential treatment, (differeent splits, etc.)

Pros

There is training for just about anything. If you ever have a question, someone is always willing to help answer it. KW has a very caring type atmosphere.

Cons

The commission split could be a little better than what it currently is. The annual cap to reach 100% commission should be lowered as well.
