Pros
This is the most positive environment I have ever worked in. What great people to be around and great leadership to be under. By working for KW, I not only had a connection to one of the biggest names in real estate and great agents to work around - I really received SO MUCH training for both succeeding in the market and balancing my work and personal life (which is not easy when you're a workaholic Realtor!). Warm recognition and enthusiastic support are DAILY occurances within this office.
Cons
I have to post a con to put it on the site, but it's going to be hard to come up with one! Same cons you're going to have anywhere in real estate - it's commission based sales with hard work and lots of cold calling. At least you've got a great group and leadership team to support you and slug it out with you!
