Pros

Good education for new agents.

Cons

The commission split is 60/40 which is very low compared to other companies. They try and justify the split by selling you on the potential to earn off of everyone you recruit, but this takes a long time and a lot of dedicated agents under you. This kind of like MLM .

Pros

Great support, have mentoring program where experienced agents assist througout your first three transactions, everyone shares information, great technology, overall a great company to work for

Cons

The only challege is that is 100 per cent commision, so you have to be self-directed and see it as your own business. You need gto attract clients. The management is there to support you, but your success is really up to your own drive to succeed.
