Pros

Strong leadership focused on growth and accountability. Consistent, high-quality training and coaching. Supportive, collaborative culture. Encourages innovation and long-term success. Great new agent coaching programs.

Cons

Independent agent model requires self-motivation, especially for newer agents that come in thinking it's a normal job. Office is less busy day-to-day as many agents work remotely or in the field. Success depends on how proactively agents take advantage of training and resources.
