Pros

A lot of classes and knowledge to be shared.

Cons

If you dont mind driving into the office to hear people talk, its great. Personally, it cost me more in gas than what I got out of it. I also don't want to give a percentage of my commission to Tom, Dick and Harry, they decide to bring in for a pep talk.

Pros

The charitable initiatives are great. There is a lot of charity work and good done for the community that is not publicized.

Cons

This company is nothing more than a scheme to sell courses and training to new agents. You absolutely cannot make money working here for about a year or so because of how much you are constantly paying out to Keller Williams, a mentor, a coach, office fees, realtor fees (total waste of money). You will learn very elementary information from any mentor or coach and it will be extremely outdated training. The people that work here are extremely uneducated and the level of "good ole' boys" politics and clannishness is outrageous. It's an absolute clown show. You will have a plethora of gatekeepers standing in your way at all times.

Pros

It is all well and good until you have any issues in the workplace.

Cons

It is all well and good until you have any issues in the workplace. KW Domain in Birmingham, MI did NOTHING for me after I got harassed by the agent I worked for. I politely gave my two weeks notice to the agent I worked for there, which was received extremely unprofessionally in the office. After that, I received multiple texts, phone calls, and emails, that were creepy, rude, and threatening. I was genuinely scared for my safety, and was completely transparent with their agent services department/upper management about my situation and shared screenshots of everything. They told me he had issues with his assistant before me, so they weren’t surprised it got worse. He was not only allowed to stay, but also still able to get a new assistant.
