Pros

Lots of free training, lower commission fees compared to the other big brokerages, lots of opportunities to feel like you are part of a "team".

Cons

There is no "team" in real estate. You are on your own to produce. Some of the office training is little more than glorified rah rah sessions. Every broker is seeking more new agents, not helping the ones already there succeed.
