Pros

Great people, positive atmosphere, and teaching on paperwork.

Cons

Keller Williams is a great place for new agents to get started — they provide a welcoming environment, help you get set up, and share some foundational advice. However, I found that their approach doesn’t offer a clear, step-by-step system for taking a beginner agent to an advanced level. Much of the guidance tends to stay fairly basic. After the initial onboarding, the main advice often comes down to reaching out to family and friends for business — which isn’t bad advice, but it’s also something you could hear at almost any brokerage.
