      Pros

      Some really great people to work with.. theyre expanding their market south. healthcare market leader was an excellent resource. Decent benefits, reputable contractor

      Cons

      Can be difficult for more junior level p.m. and APM’s to Advance in their careers, unless they are willing to travel full-time with their expanding market. Compensation is in the lower end. Pre construction process could be more thorough.
