Pros

a paycheck hands on experience You'll see a ton of different issues that you would normally not see

Cons

UNDERSTAFFING Lack of employee care each month more and more tasks are put on the team while we are already under staffed low wages no end of year bonus Small yearly raises Micromanaged to hell and back depression(serious here) No company vehicles for field work Lack of communication between different sides of company Little to no work life balance On-call from hell Terrible PTO/Vacation days expensive but terrible insurance if you become an asset you will end up doing most your teams work

Pros

Has better pay compared to other call centers. Everyone I spoke with gave positive vibes and was willing to help when asked a question.

Cons

Work life balance is not the greatest I hate there was not a steady schedule. You have 2 weeks worth of schedule at a time, but each day may be doable because it's according to business needs.
