Pros
Work with great people. Good opportunities to learn different aspects of the business and processes of other large companies.
Cons
Pay is not great. Even if you contribute to a project with a new process that is creating efficiencies there seems to be little to no recognition for that and if there is then it is “thank you”. In return, no upward growth unless projects continue to grow or unless someone leaves. Finally, if you fall into a project after someone else (even if your qualifications exceed theirs) it is usually a first come first serve basis for a promotion.
