Good Job for starters/ newbies . But won't do this as a forever job
Pros
Work From home - Ok-ish Pay. You work for Kelly not Apple directly so the pay is nothing fancy. Health Benefits Promotion Company provided equipment Own Team Leads helpful, and asking for help in the help chat was good in situations where you are stuck with a customers issue. Didn't had to memorize anything as all the the info you needed to fix the customers issue was in the Knowledge Base of Apples Software Gave free gift cards of your choice and other prizes for performance, contests etc. Discounts on Apple products and other places
Cons
Stressful Long Hours if you wanna ruin your back and brain for sitting 8+ hours taking a lot of calls. They Monitor everything (Like when you logged out of the system, when not taking calls etc.) Apples OWN software for taking calls and knowledge base was very buggy. Expect call disconnects, customer can't hear, network disconnects, system outages etc. Fired me while on vacation Rude customers as you get in every customer service type jobs. Trying your best to help the customer with their issues of their Apple products, but they want senior support and leave you a bad survey which impacts your performance metrics. Even issues which were 100% COMPLETELY resolved the customer would STILL leave a bad survey for you. Expect to work from 12:00pm to 9:00pm. Overtime optional for extra cash. No pay increase when getting promoted to the senior support or T1 Mac+.
