      Helped me find temporary work during a transitional period of my life.

      Pros

      My contact/recruiter was very upbeat and placed me in 2 different office temporary positions.

      Cons

      Often, they need you to be available at a moment's notice. If that doesn't work for you, then you may not get the job. Also, make sure you impress the recruiter; dress nicely just as you would for a job interview. So many people go into the office dressed in street clothes. If you just dress nicely, you already have an advantage.

      Pros

      Management is flexible with work time and work schedule. Work from home policy is great and also allows to flexibility. Vacation time is okay.

      Cons

      1. With new changes to management, employees are left in the dark or dealing with changes that don't fit the scope of work. 2. No development plan in place, difficult to move up or around the company 3. Yearly bonus or raises are not given, only to cover cost of living expenses

      Pros

      I have used Kelly Service twice in my life. They came through for me when I needed them most. I was given good assignments and the pay was descent. The staff was always ready to help and was professional.

      Cons

      The only con was when traveling there wasn't a Kelly rep or help desk on call at night to handle issues.
