A warm and honest employer, working for Kelly is recommended to anyone who wants to learn from the best, work with the best, and be their best.

      Every business needs improvements but I firmly endorse that Kelly is an organisation that listens - to its employees, its clients and the market, in order to change and grow in the right way. Everyone at Kelly can own this continual improvement, it's what makes us different.

      No benefits, No perks, Nothings whatsoever What they do is that they take at least %30 of your income without giving you anything back. They just take a cut from your income and provide no services, benefits, help, etc Try to avoid them

      Great for entry level jobs and opportunity to learn. Great work/life balance. Good schedule flexibility. Decent pay.

      Cons

      Teamwork is not good between different teams. Upper management is very disconnected from actual operations and their direction shows lack of clear understanding. Way too many managers/directors. Poorly managed projects. Poorly chosen tools. Lack of accountability. Personal growth is limited artificially.
