      The staff in the Towson Office are top-notch. They are very responsive and helpful.

      Need to be in constant conatct to make sure that the recruiter keep your information handy.

      Pros

      This is great position for anyone with kids and no form of transportation. This is a great work at home position with flexibility.

      Cons

      The expectations required can be stressful and overwhelming at times. The salary amount is a bit challenging, as well.

      I signed up with Kelly Services in Savannah, GA after being laid off from my employer. I had to continuously call the two reps that were assigned to me because they would never return my calls or emails. After about 3 months of being signed up, I actually got a call saying they had a job to send me on and they would call me back in the morning. I never heard from anybody again. Very POOR relationship management. I have over 15 years in Customer Relations Management and Office Administration with 11 years at my last job and 8 years at the job prior to that. I will not ever be convinced that they could not find work for me. They just didn't even try or seem to care.
