      Pros

      Great people and culture. I really enjoyed working there. It was an atmosphere of team players. It always feels good to help people.

      Cons

      The only down side would have been the salary. The opportunity to make more money wasn't really there.

      Bad Company-Poor Support for DM. values company more than invidividual

      High excitement and support at first...

      Cons

      Does NOT support DM (district manager) insists on letting mgr put up with abusive insubordinate behavior in order to protect from corp lawsuit. Can terminate "at will" but will fire you if you push to let go of malevolent, undermining direct reports. You can get paid well, but what you have to endure, unless mgt wants to eliminate a direct report, is intense. Money is not worth that to me!

      Pros

      The staff is relatively quick to inform you if they have a job that matches you. They’re also easy to contact if you have a question or issue.

      Cons

      I was informed that I needed more training in scheduling appointments over the phone as a medical receptionist, but despite my proactively calling my manager to set up a time, it never happened. Also, they didn’t inform me of a position about thirty minutes from my home that I would’ve taken, so that screwed up my applying for unemployment.
