Lousy pay. You're doing the same work as the people working directly for the contractor but getting paid lots less with no benefits. Job is stressful as heck because of the unreasonable metrics (mostly the push to use tools that aren't necessary).

there is no job security at this job. they like to claim there is but there isn't they will get rid of you at the drop of a hat if they deem so. I was doing their apple at home program with a csat of 89% (their metric is 88%) all my other metrics were better and they still fired me for my "performance" because i couldn't work overtime. on the exit interview they kept saying "performance" never said what stat they were talking about and moved on. When you apply there is something in about being able to work overtime and failure to do so means you're gone they hold that part very hard, almost harder than the requirement to have a csat of 88%
