      Pros

      Ability to gain international experience and take leadership on high profile projects. Autonomy, flexibility, and exposure to multiple facets of leadership.

      Cons

      There is no accountability what so ever at the senior leadership level. Although they strive for a culture of innovation, there are multiple new projects, products and focus groups, nothing gets accomplished. It is great to work for a company where you can innovate, but innovation does not mean that everyone gets to do their own thing and leadership is not held to some level of consistency.
