      How Long Do I Need to Wait!

      As soon as I applied for a Position Someone contacted me right away

      Where should I begin? I was contacted by a representative from Kelly advising that they received my resume and have a job for me. I went down took several tests and filled out a lot of paperwork. Only to have them tell me that they didn't have anything right now and that they would contact me. HUH? I wasted time and gas coming down with the understanding that you had an available job that fit my qualifications? I waited and called every day, Still Nothing Eventually the office stop taking my calls. This was a waste of time and effort. I not sure if they get paid to sign you or what

      I've had a fairly good experience with Kelly Services

      Pros

      My contact at Kelly is great. I had just relocated to a new state. They gave a long term assignment in 2 days with one of their better customers. I get paid holidays, which is good because they don't offer vacation. I don't really deal with them much. Only if I have a question, which is rare.

      Cons

      I think they need to at the very least offer their long term employees vacation and an annual salary increase.
