Pros

You work at home. No commute

Cons

Did not give you the apple equipment necessary to properly answer calls (You will be taking technical calls for the Iphone and will not have one in your possession unless you buy it yourself) You can be fired for one bad customer review -- regardless if it is an Apple problem (there servers are down or it is becasue you were not given the resources to properly answer the call) And YOU have to pay for your phone line and internet connection... basically making the job pay at or below minimum wage

Pros

It feels as if you are self- employed , so you don't feel stuck in one position, you have the flexibility to explore.

Cons

Downside is that most of the job offers are temporary, therefore, you worry as your contract comes to an end at a company.
