      Pros

      Not too KPI driven, the MD is really nice and smart, very good and reasonable management. Excellent commission structure, probably the best in Hong Kong. Good flexible environment, good work life balance, respect for employees as adults without micromanagement.

      Cons

      Some team managers are amazing but some teams have managers that are not strong producers, probably cannot properly nurture new team members.

      > Excellent rewards, benefits, Incentives (by the far the best in the industry that I know) > Transparent communication across levels but sometimes complex if it comes from different channels. > Good managers who are client and market oriented thus making me want to run at all times. > Fair in employee practices and HR always thinks for the employees first. They have so many programs, practices all keeping employees in mind. HR is very just, approachable and fair.

      Cons

      Too many training programs at TL level, please add more at the next level so we can benefit. We need a good intranet please, the generation loves such platforms.

      Boss doesn't micro manage. Little politics. company doesn't practice a hire and fire policy

      Cons

      compensation - look into the commission scheme for consultants. Benefits - look into annual leave and flexi benefits plan.
