      Misleading Job Descriptions

      Pros

      It's a good place if you're a recent college grad or not having much luck finding a job elsewhere. They called me and told me about the opening. The next week, I was working my first day. No interview required.

      Cons

      The job description and hours the recruiter told me were not correct. The recruiter also did not seem to know what he was doing. Direct deposit took over a month to activate because they had lost my paperwork. Seems very disorganized.

      Pros

      Good pay, long hours, it's a company to begin your career with. I would not recommend staying with Kelly Services for long.

      Cons

      Don't expect any kind of raise or bonus if you begin working for Kelly Services. Even though revenue is back on the upswing, Kelly does not want to reward their employees. Comercial sector recruiters get NO COMMISSION!!!
