“Bonus” structure and raises are very hard to come by. One would need to work at least 60 hours a week to potentially get the monthly bonus, but it still depends on the company meeting budget. Yet look at how much the head honcho makes in a year…he never seems to have to give up a bonus. Star performer on my team yet I still could not get a raise at my annual review, even though I was over 300% for the goals set by the company. Impossible to make decent money here. Only saving grace is working remotely. For sure stick to 40 hours a week because doing anything extra will only benefit the company, not the employee
