Low pay, terrible hours, treated like cattle, incredibly boring, subject to the blandest human beings who fought for middle management. Subject to the emotional needs of the public and the emotional needs of said managers. Nobody will care about you or your problems.

Truly a toxic place to work. I cannot stress this enough & so many people I've worked with said the same thing. Hardly any raises, management is awful & can make you feel like a very small person. They do not care about you as a person, whatsoever. They have had a lot of issues, movements, layoffs, & leadership changes over the years & they cannot seem to get it together. No one is on the same page. I didn't realize how toxic this place was & how much it affected me until after I left. Thankfully, my time at Kelly coming to an end was a big blessing.
