Pros

Pay since I have to add something

Cons

Everything from the overbearing client to shady practices on Kelly’s end. Not investigating issues completely prior to firing those involved, threatening job security for speaking to those involved in an investigation even if on the same team. No one is on the same page with rules/regulations as they are ever changing. You will be told one thing, get in trouble for said thing, only to find it was conveniently changed after you got in trouble. The shoddy software/applications freeze/crash, resources prompt errors preventing you from using them to work properly and yes, it’s your fault and you will not be paid for that time out of the system. You will still get tech non-excused occurrences for their issues, occurrences that will add up (24 I believe) to your termination. Promotions are stat based so good luck with your promotion if your performance isn’t the best for the month you apply. The client has made it so we cannot tell jokes anymore or chat in a way that customer’s can tell they are speaking to real people and not a bot. The client has extremely entitled, disrespectful, racist (if I had a nickel for every racial slur hurled at me from some foreigner that doesn’t have a good grasp on English in the ENGLISH ONLY chat, I’d be rich), and infantile customers. An example of said entitlement : nowhere in the policy does it state the “fruitcare” covers appointments on the customer’s time. It’s definitely dependent on whether or not stores are open and have availabilities, NOT because you want one right now when the store is closed and feel entitled to one. Available advisors vs staffed is WAY off : ex 400 staffed but 30 in available/working aux. Why?? Dsats/dissatisfied surveys! I won’t even get into that one *rolls eyes*! This job has eaten away at my mental health (increased suic*de ideation and manic episodes) and I would not recommend it to my worst enemy.
