People you work with excluding management are friendly

Management are racist ! pick on the brown skin, micro managers, teams you last minute on a friday a minute before clocking off to do tasks, don't help you when you need assistance- blame you for things they have done wrong. Management are a racist clique only hire UK folk to be on management level. Only management get bonuses, scrapped it for everyone else then somehow all went on a paid "confrence" to bali after announcing no pay rises and bonuses.
