Pros

Good PTO, promotion from within is very common.

Cons

Vice President shows blatant favoritism to engineers. Bad management. Unsafe work environment. Bad planning which causes the majority of orders to be late. Instead of proper manufacturing it is more a chop shop always something wrong.
