      Good technical products and solid engineering foundation. Opportunities to learn about heat exchanger technologies and industrial cooling systems. Some talented and hardworking colleagues who genuinely care about their work.

      Cons

      Leadership operates with a dictatorial style — limited transparency, minimal collaboration, and decisions often made without input from key teams. Incompetent management in several departments, lacking both vision and accountability. A reactive culture where problems are addressed only after they escalate, rather than proactively planning for improvement. Low focus on employee development or engagement; feedback is often ignored or dismissed. High turnover due to poor morale and unclear direction from leadership.

      Pros

      I found the Team in Germany most helpful. The UK management doesn't know what it is doing. Give any UK Role a wide birth. You will end up doing a different job in 6 months than the one you were originally employed to do.

      Cons

      They are owned by an investment business and the Senior Leadership Team are untrustworthy with their own hidden agenda.
