* In my experience, the leadership and management culture did not align with the company’s stated values around openness and employee feedback. * During one-on-one discussions, I sometimes found the communication style to be overly harsh and discouraging rather than constructive. * Expectations were often very high, while coaching, development, and career progression discussions were limited. *Overall, I did not feel psychologically safe expressing different perspectives, which made it difficult for me to do my best work.
