Kemper is a great company to work for

Pros

Just started working at Kemper in Feburary before the pandemic and it has been a joy every since. This company is really about meeting your needs and making you feel like you are a part of a family. Also love that it is a very diverse community.

Cons

Cant think of any at this time. Sometime the communication across the board, but thats pretty much everywhere you work.

Pros

Got me first my Corporate IT Job, was very greatful and excited. Then as the saying goes, saw what was behind the curtain and didn't like what I saw.

Cons

Worst company I've ever worked for. Was happy to leave. Continually lied too about my personal growth and where things were going. Every week they are laying off more folks and sending overseas.
