Horrible Company

Pros

Flexible schedule. Hybrid. Nothing much else to say

Cons

Salary. Attrition rate is high because no support for employees. Recruiter is aware Kemper is not a great location to work, so she tells you to post a review on Glassdoor during your first weeks. Knowing most employees don’t want to give bad reviews at a new job. They change the job to hybrid from remote after you are close to being hired. Bonus is at the discretion of a person not company success. They tell you that bonus can be from 0 to 100 percent, which leaves no guarantees and completely can’t attest. Employees are fired without due process or any improvement plans. If you’re desperate for a job like I was, then apply. If not, trust me when I say this, stay away. I’m still working for the company. I have no choice.
