Pros

Work from home and Competitive pay.

Cons

No sense of direction. We often would have meetings with a new process or procedure only to be told within a day or two to disregard. When reviews and raises came around the employer was coy, several colleagues where not informed of their raise until they brought it up to management. Finally micromanaging, we had to account for every hour of employment. Management told us that writing down what you did and when you did it was not advised by upper management, and then would tell us that still to do so to cover ourselves.
