Team managers are all doing things different which confuses the team member. Teams change a lot, and with team managers doing things different that means retraining all over again. The amount of claims (7-12 daily) given on a daily basis is unmanageable, however, your team manager expects all claims to be up to date.

Kemper's Fort Lauderdale legal office headed by Ms. Leslie Goodman, Esq., is worth bragging about. The office environment is pleasant and professional. We are motivated by something that money cant buy: comradery, straight talk, support, and leadership by example; this is why Kemper legal is a great place to work.

Working within a collaborative team setting.

Cons

Dated technology to handle claims in comparison to other insurance providers. Top upper management has little regard for the front line adjuster in terms of allocating time management to get a proper investigation done. Working a large amount with high-risk carriers where your insured is primarily at fault, evasive, and has liability limits. It's the nature of high-risk insurance to have to endure a lot of vocal slings and arrows your way at a constant on the phone.
