      Pros

      Open communication, flexibility and great benefits. Although, decisions are made about what's best for the company, I feel they do take into account the people and try to do what they can for the people.

      Cons

      Professional Development and mentoring was not strong. Not investing in tools to advance training platforms. Didn't see value in ATD.

      Work-life balance. Benefits. Remote. Decent pay.

      Cons

      Upper management does not speak to you at all, only direct management. No training.You absolutely need to have plenty of experience prior to working at Kemper, because you won't be trained. There are very few company resources. If you need guidance on state specific and your manager isn't available, you have to Google and hope for the best.
