Lack of training, growth, mentoring, knowledge sharing.

Absolutely no training! Good luck it sucked, only way to survive is make friends quick and ask questions and then your still not prepared for playing telephone all day with translators that care very little about there job to actually be helpful and dear god you get hatian creaole customers you have to talk to through translators.....aweful just aweful!!!! They put so much stress and change everything every other week and add more jobs to yours cause they laid-off whole departments and despersed the work with no added pay just be ready to pick up a new habit be it drinking, smoking, or worse. Just be prepared to work for the bare minimum salary for the most work.
