      Good salary and Paid Time Off

      Cons

      The Miami office has a high turnover rate and low morale! Mgmt doesn't value it's employees! If you take PTO, you still receives new claims which count against you! Some people called it ghetto and some openly said, they HATE it in group chat. You have to work late hours to complete your work!!

      Getting to create and meet and network with wonderful people and being paid to train and become licensed.

      Cons

      Confusing pay. No real base salary. Highly priced policies compared to most other (and better) insurance companies, making it hard to sell. No managerial training.
