      Pros

      The benefits are good and they are semi-flexible, they handled the transition for covid as well as they could.

      Cons

      A lot of workflow changes that have allowed the company to save money and reassign workforce. That workload is being picked up by claims reps. Make sure you ask questions about day to day and your overall involvement in the claims process. The transition to coming back to the office have been all over the place and each manager seems to be able to set their own criteria.

      Cons

      -staffing issues in other departments causes more work for claims. Procedures in handling has changed so we are doing the work of three different teams with low pay. Stay far away

      Time off can build up. Most jobs are still mostly remote. There have been a LOT of promotional opportunities over the last couple of years due to growth. Pay is decent..

      Cons

      Upper management doesn’t really care about employees. They will do things like philanthropy and DEI but it feels more like it is done to distract and make things look better. Workload can be challenging. Promises of fixing things get made and management talks like they are serious but then nothing happens. It feels like management views employees as being important, just like a factory owner views the machines as being important.
