      Pros

      You get a pay check and once a year they mess that up and you won’t get paid till 2 business days after the pay date. Room for growth because there turn over rate is excessive.

      Cons

      No structure (in any department) No real managment (all the way up to department VP’s No real training just system and general training but no training on the states you will actually be handling No work life balance They don’t care about their employees or appreciate them Worst set of benefits I have ever seen and every year they get worse They make a lot of promises about change but none as of yet 5 years later They will hire you for one role but expect you to work 2 roles for the same pay
