Pros
It was an awesome company when it was known as Infinity Insurance. They would issue huge Christmas bonuses to all the employees every year. The company would also give out gifts and prizes. In addition, the company would make parties on every holiday but all that changed when it merged with Kemper. All the bonuses stopped.
Cons
In the commercial department, you only advance if you suck up to management. I've worked for that department for several years and I never got a promotion or recognition. I see people get a promotion after working with the department for less than 2 years while I've been in the department for more than that and have more knowledge and experience and being told that I was their top employee. As I said, you only advance if you suck up to management.
